Our 3 star service contract includes:

• An annual service of the boiler and system controls
• Safety and performance check to ensure boiler is working efficiently including the detection of carbon monoxide
• Labour and parts included
• Breakdown repair to boiler
• Repair central heating pipes if there is a leak
• Repair and replace radiator valves
• Repair and replace radiators
• Repair and replace external heating controls
• Repair and replace hot water cylinder
